_{The Olympic torch relay ran through my town last Sunday, and I managed to snap a couple of shots while this guy was running with it. He looked so proud and so happy of what he had accomplished I couldn't help but smile, despite the chill and the rain the day turned out well.

I can't remember his name, but I had read somewhere that he was a triple amputee due to a bomb accident in his childhood. A triple amputee and yet he continued on with his life and helped his community, he makes me proud to be British and proud to be from Hemel.}

Aw, lucky! It went through one of the cities near me. I saw everything, but some stupid woman decided to wave her hands about in the air so I couldn't see the flame through my camera >.< Good shots, by the way! :3

_{Yeah these were literally the only two good shots I got because of that. There was like a full grown adult leaning over the bars with a bigger lens than me, a woman next to me kindly offered her space once she'd got her money shot so that helped me. Raining as well, my lens dislikes focusing well in rain ): But at least you got to see it (:}
